Owensboro Community and Technical College, a member of the Kentucky Community and Technical College System, is a public two-year degree-granting institution serving Daviess and surrounding counties of Kentucky.

Owensboro Community and Technical College is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC) to award associate degrees. Owensboro Community and Technical College also may offer credentials such as certificates and diplomas at approved degree levels.
