To improve our community’s economic development and competitive advantage by providing high-quality, world-class learning experiences through career degree programs, workforce development and transfer to baccalaureate degree programs.

Owensboro Community and Technical College, a member of the Kentucky Community and Technical College System, is a public two-year degree granting institution serving Daviess and surrounding counties of Kentucky.

Owensboro Community and Technical College is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC) to award the associate degree.
