Welcome to the Kentucky Community and Technical College System! Whether you are a new or a returning student, I look forward to working with and learning from you this year.

If you are a new student at any of our 16 KCTCS colleges or if you are newly enrolled in an academic program, this catalog is your guide to the academic programs and student services that we provide.
